Circumstances: Dustin has a learning disability and got into a fight at school Friday afternoon. When he returned home he was given additional chores as punishment. Dustin left the home on foot taking with him a bible and a picture of a friend. Dustin is living in a foster home and is very trusting. He also has a medical condition that would impair his mobility.
