Circumstances : Erica was last seen when she left the house to walk her dog between 3:00p.m. and 3:30p.m. on February 7, 1999. The dog was later found but Erica has not been seen since. She was wearing
a pink rain jacket, a pink Winnie the Pooh sweatshirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

We have become aware of a missing 9 year old girl from Kettering, Ohio. She has been missing since about 4:10 PM, 02/07/99. Police have searched a 7 mile radius, citizen volunteers are getting organized using the LRCManual to further the search.
