CONCLUSION:
Koesha Rodgers was found deceased on 11-24-99 approximately 2 miles southeast of
her home in rural Caruthersville, Mo. Koesha was found in a tree line by an off duty
deputy while quail hunting. An arrest has been made in connection to her murder and
kidnapping, and the suspect is presently incarcerated in the Pemiscot County Jail on
charges of
Murder first degree. |
