Circumstances: Walked away from nursing home, accepted a ride to Salvation Army, ride to Bus Station, then was seen at a convenience store at Hwy 31 West and Loop 323. May accept rides. May be heading for VAN or ARLINGTON, Texas. Suspected Destination: Van or Arlington, TX Comments: William Price HADDOCK, Jr., has been located. He was picked up by the Van Zandt County Sheriff's Department at a bank in Van, Texas. He is being returned to Tyler at this time.
