I went to Georgia and was involved with the Ride For Missing Kids, It was without question
the Best Organized Ride I have ever been on.. The speeds were right and the Ride Paths
were well chosen. This is the type involvement I like to see from the Southern Cruisers
Riding Club, It makes me PROUD to be the President of such a Great Club with Great
Members.
James "Boham" Bohlmann Our 1st-Officer of the North Georgia Chapter, And Ride
Captain and 2nd Officer, "Dirty" Don Bowling... You Guys were GREAT, What a job!
Now that the Ride is over , I'm glad to see that everything went just Perfect, The Police
escort and everything that was included in the entire Event was the BEST.
I would also like to thank everyone who helped Jim and Don with getting this Ride set-up.
I know it had to take a lot of Hard Work and a lot of Time from each of you.
And for Bobby Mountain giving us a few Biker Tunes while were waiting.
All I can say now is that you Guys and Gals are the Best.

Hey folks,
I wanted to be the first to congratulate Jim Bohlmann and all of the members of his
chapter that worked so hard on the first charity event the Southern Cruisers Riding Club
has hosted. I have been to many organized rides and I have to tell you that this one was
"Organized". From the cones in the staging area, the staff at Toosy's, the Ride
route and traffic control, the sponsors, lunch, the door prizes and the raffles -
Everything was terrific. Rick Perry, Jerry Longdon and I walked around and spoke to
participants, especially those who were representing other clubs and heard nothing but
praises for the work that had gone into this event. Jim is already talking about next
year's
event.
The results were fantastic. There were approximately 110 bikes that participated in the
scenic 70 mile ride. Enough was raised for the Child Alert Foundation to make it possible
to install their Software in 14 more Law Enforcement agencies.
Thanks to all who donated, sponsored, planned or participated in this great event.
A special thanks goes out to the following:
The Forsyth County and Neighboring
Counties Sheriff's Departments
Toosy's Way Station
